Refund & Return Policy

Claim To Fame Racing LLC (“we,” “us”) wants you to love your gear. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work.

Eligibility

• Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with any tags attached.
• Final sale items (clearance, custom orders) are not eligible for return.

How to Start a Return

Email kevin@claimtofameracing.com with your order number and the reason for return. We'll respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund — your choice.

Exchanges

We don't process direct exchanges. Return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the size or style you want.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase, provided the item hasn't shipped. Email us right away if you need to cancel.
