Claim To Fame Racing LLC (“we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

Information We Collect

Contact info: name, email, phone, shipping address
Order info: items purchased and payment confirmation. We do not store credit card numbers; Stripe processes payments directly.
Site usage: IP address, browser type, pages viewed (via standard analytics)
Investor documents you complete or upload, including tax forms and partnership agreements. Depending on the document, this may include your name, residential or mailing address, date of birth, citizenship or tax-residency information, taxpayer identification number, tax classification, treaty-related entries and signature. We also record document submission, signing, review and download-request activity.

To send order confirmations and shipping updates
To respond to support inquiries
To administer your investment, maintain required records, review submitted paperwork and support partnership accounting and tax reporting. The form interface does not determine your tax classification or treaty eligibility.
To send occasional marketing emails (only if you opt in; you can unsubscribe anytime)

Our authentication, hosting and private document storage providers, including Clerk, Vercel and Supabase
Authorized partnership managers and accounting professionals who need investor documents for their work

We do not sell your personal information.

Investor Documents

The Document Center uses private storage and checks account permissions before allowing access. Investors can access their own available PDFs; authorized managers can access investor documents for partnership administration. A completion notification to our team links to the authenticated document library and does not attach the PDF or include a tax identification number. An authorized manager may download a document for secure delivery to the partnership's accounting or tax advisers.

Keep downloaded copies in a secure location, and use your accountant's approved secure delivery method for documents containing tax IDs. Please do not put tax IDs in file names, chat messages or support emails.

Retention and Account Deletion

We retain investor documents and related signing, review and audit records for as long as needed to administer the investment and meet tax, accounting, legal and recordkeeping obligations. Deleting a portal account removes account access and active document listings, but it may not immediately erase records that must be retained or copies held in restricted backup or archival systems.

You may ask us to correct or delete a document. We will review the request and explain if a record must be retained. Access to retained records is limited to authorized people and service providers who need it for the purposes described in this policy.

Your Rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing kevin@claimtofameracing.com. We'll respond within 30 days.

Cookies

The Site uses cookies for session management and analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser, but some features may not work properly.

Children

The Site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
